Terms & Conditions
Provisional bookings will be held for 1 week
pending return of a completed booking form and
£100 deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to
the arrival date. Non payment by the due date
will be treated as a cancellation.
In the event of you needing to cancel, please advise us
by telephone immediately and confirm the
conversation in writing or by using the website
Contact Us form. If you cancel your booking more
than six weeks before your holiday you may lose
your deposit. If you cancel less than six weeks
before you may lose the total amount. We will attempt to re-let the
and return your payment. However, if we are unable to re-let the Cottage for
any reason all monies paid will be forfeited.
Arrival and Departure
The Cottage is
available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival
until 12.00 noon on the day or departure.
Guest Numbers & Groups
The number of people occupying the Cottage must
not exceed the number stated on the booking
Cleaning, Damage & Breakages
The Cottage should be left clean and in the same
good condition as you found it. Any breakages
must be reported and we reserve the right to
charge for any damage.
In the unlikely event of the Cottage being
unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g.
fire damage, we will endeavour to find you
similar alternative accommodation or give you a

The use of the Cottage and amenities is entirely
at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be
accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer
or the Hirer's companions or guests.
Under no circumstances will our liability exceed
the amount paid to us for the rental period.

you accept the above conditions.
